buying kreds

ok sorry but since the kreds is locked and it still says to contact you from that i have to say in this we your buying kreds and to many falures and its temp disabled how long does it last if less than a day it should be gone but it is still doing it

i cant contact it because THE TOPIC IS LOCKED i dont see how to do that exactly

This sort of thing happens to everyone, You pay for the service and when you least expect it the ban you for no reason at all.

You can always reach Kongregate, whatever is the status of your account, since you’re using your email account and not Kongregate to contact them.

When you have three failed purchase attempts, it’ll automatically block your account (for safety reasons.)

You can contact us at kreds@kongregate.com to get this fixed up.
