Why start hating this late into the game?

This seems perfectly reasonable and justified.

I don’t see why anyone could be upset at this, unless they don’t like free points or something. It is just one page on this site that you can completely ignore.

Giving out about a points for nothing, on a page that keeps out of the way.. Fucking keyboard warrior, Kong staff have to eat to you know.

Umm…So…What’s your problem Cadebanta? What’s wrong with Kong trying to earn some money so they can keep the website alive? You don’t have to click that Google a Day, and if you do, you get 5 points! I can see nothing wrong with it.

It does work, doesn’t it? It just assumes you’ll get the right answer so gives you the points at the start. It’s up to you as an honest person to go find the correct answer so you know you’ve earnt the points, just like everyone else on here does :)

What the hell is this even about? All I’m seeing is a guy being pissed at something, but he doesn’t say what. The title and the OP have nothing to do with each other.

Disable your ad-blocker ;) It’s not even just one question, you can keep going if you really like it – though it does like to keep prompting you to join google plus.

At least, that’s what I think the OP is complaining about. Being awarded points before getting the answer is the only thing in google a day about which anyone might be able to accuse kong staff of not doing their job, though I can’t see why anyone would get that cross about it.

The other incident he mentions in the OP is this. Since that was neither a mod nor dickish, I think this can be safely disregarded.
