Can I film the Kongregate website for use inside of my game?

Try reading the Terms of Use.

I recommend rendering at least chat off. To do so, just click achievements tab next to game

Don’t make a profit off it then it is completely legal under Fair Use. Still better to get permission first.

Not necessarily. It just helps your defense if you would claim Fair Use.

Depends on where you are anyway. I remember Newgrounds getting a C&D over their game about tellitubbies. Two different country’s copyright laws clashed.

You could just email Kong and ask. Removes any grey areas.
