I found this bug few days earlier and wanted to report it and here is the link-

It appears to have been caused by a limited internet connection. Also, try posting future bugs here

If you refresh do the avatars load?

This has happened to me, usually caused by a slow connection, it has been happening for awhile, but not too often. I do not believe it is a bug, just connection issues.
