Since moderators and administrators have their own categories, KOTY is user-only. I’m going to update the nominations list and post the voting details shortly.

I wonder if I’ll make the nominations list this year.

Nomiations will be closed on January 4th at midnight GMT.

Voting will be private. All votes will be private messaged to me directly so I can properly tabulate the votes. Please refrain from discussing your votes in public (via thread, shout or chat). No alternate accounts may be used during voting or all votes by that person will be thrown out. As well, a nominee must receive a minimum of 5 votes to be considered valid.
