What does this mean for me? You will always be able to play your favorite games on Kongregate. However, certain site features may suddenly stop working and leave you with a severely degraded experience.
What should I do? We strongly urge all our users to upgrade to modern browsers for a better experience and improved security.
We suggest you install the latest version of one of these browsers:

Rules are rules and they have to be followed.
Just to clarify a few things:
- Screenshots are a no-go. They’re easily manipulated, that’s why there’s chat logs.
- Report from a user’s profile. Always. Making a thread won’t accomplish anything.
- It’s United State’s federal law. Since Kongregate is based in a US state (California), they have to follow the law. To ignore [the](http://chiefmarketer.com/web-marketing/ftc-fines-iconix-250000-alleged-coppa-violation) [law](http://www.tarkeen.net/high-tech-news/9151-ftc-fines-app-maker-50000-for-coppa-violations.html) [can](http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/14718350/ns/technology_and_science/t/ftc-fines-xanga-violating-kids-privacy/#.UOg3X-T9gdY) [lead](http://www.insideprivacy.com/united-states/ftc-imposes-1-million-fine-against-musicians-fan-websites-for-coppa-violations/) [to](http://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=6d4b98b9-58d1-4fbc-894b-b9f013a69cb2) [massive](http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2385444,00.asp) [fines](https://www.privacyassociation.org/publications/2011_08_16_ftc_fines_mobile_app_company_for_coppa_violations).

To clarify, it’s the admins who can monitor chat logs. However, they don’t know the time of incience so providing a time of incidence when an user behaved the way (s)he should get punished/banned is what you should do when filling report form
Believe it or not, mods actually report a lot.
Most commonly I report underage users too.
The admins don’t need screenshots and they actually like it if you help Kongregate out and report someone through their profile if they’re underage. :) (or spamming shock links… it’s probably a good idea to report then too)
