You shouldn’t call people out publicly. Kongregate can enforce the rules as they see fit. If they decide that a person isn’t underage, that’s their call – they may run the risk of violating COPA if they knowingly allow underage people to play, but that is their decision.

I even read that when i was silenced. We should tell someone about this. Lets go to our local gamestop and tell them to fix this

Why is this being posted in public?

I’m not underage. I am sixteen. I can’t help the fact that my brother did such things in the past other than prevent it from happening again by changing my password. I didn’t break rules. All I’m doing is trying to enjoy the experience of this game.

You’re just harassing me. I’m suprised I have you friended. Of which I do. You’re trying to turn the entire community against me. I didn’t do anything to either of you in the past, so I’m not so sure why you’re insisting on getting me banned for no reason. All I can ask, is that you quit making such a fuss about everything.

You said on my profile you would miss me just as much as everyone else would. And then you do this. You’re insulting the moderators and administrators, and keep on posting a rule everywhere. This site is meant for our enjoyment. Not to falsely harass users just because you want them banned.

Small typo in my original post, it is COPPA not COPA. Anyway, you can research COPPA if you want to and see who to contact if you think there are flagrant violations. I don’t see that Kong did anything that would violate COPPA, however.
