Just change your password. When you do, all signed in computers are logged out. Also, I would recommend logging out of your account if you use a shared computer.

it could be simply that the file is stored in a cache or cookie file that is routinely cleared, maybe.. i dont actually know much about these things , but the sort of thing a school does every day
