Sorry guys, the last 2 months have been pretty bad. StrikeForce Kitty 2 wasn’t as close as I thought it was, but I think/really hope it’ll be ready tomorrow. I contacted the dev about Sentry Knight 2 and haven’t heard back yet. I played a bunch of Witch Hunt today; that one’s a high priority with a perfect API implementation. I’ll try to catch up on some others too, but I’m pretty busy with non-badge stuff lately.

So I just finished TEC2, and I’m gonna take a first stab at badge ideas:
Easy -Secret Treasure: Find any secret room and escape with an Artifact
Medium – Dungeon Crawlin’: Defeat the giant spider on level 25
Hard – complete the game.
The game appears to have stats for:
-Escaped with Artifact
-Kill the giant Spider
-Kill the Yeti
-Kill the Sorcerer
-Deepest Floor
-Character level
-Potions Crafted
-Items Enchanted
-Secret Rooms found.
I kinda wish there were stats for monsters killed and treasures opened, though.

Procyonpi’s easy badge idea for TEC2 is really good. Differs from the old terrible “kill X enemies” or “gather Y gold” easy badges.
But I do think it’s an EMMH game.

Its been a couple days since The Enchanted Cave 2 came out and I really think it has the potential for an impossable badge.
**Badge Difficulty:**
Imposable
**Possible Requirements**
1. Unlock the entire skill tree
2. Collect every artifact in the game
3. Level up 100 times
(those are all separate, so you wouldn’t need to do em all to get it)
**Possible Names**
Skilled Adventurer
Artifact Madness
Level Junky

^ I haven’t even touched TEC2 yet, but based on your suggestions I am relatively sure the game is merely time consuming and thus not deserving of an impossible badge.

Based on the fact that all those requirements just sound time consuming rather than difficult beyond completing the game which has been suggested as hard and the fact you have no impossible badges and therefore may not appreciate the difficulty usually associated with an impossible badge I think that your suggestion will be ignored.

Maybe go with Procyonpi’s idea and add a medium “reach character lvl X” badge to fit with Bluji’s suggestion?
Also, there are plenty of pop culture references for the potential spider slaying badge. Aragog Aggressor, Miss Muffet’s Revenge, Angering Anansi… if you’ve got the char limit for it you could go with Does Whatever A Spider Can’t.

Yeah, if I were to add a second medium (and the game can afford it, it’s pretty long), it would be one of the following:
-Reach character level ~16 or so
-Beat the Yetti
-Reach floor 60 (finish the winter zone).

Did I say that this was my only account? I have imposable badges on my other older accounts that I havnt been on in forever, so yes, I do know how hard they are to get…
And there are some Impossable badges out there that are time consuming…

Time consuming impossibles are like Mardek 3 which is ~50 hours which I would guess is longer than TEC2.

Yeah, the problem isn’t a poor computer, it’s a poorly coded game that doesn’t properly dispose of entities as necessary, causing a memory leak. It’s still a fun game which merited badges, just the fact that you need to refresh about once every 5 minutes becomes a little tiring. Maybe if this happens with any future games they can still be eligible for badges, just nothing that requires any more than about 10 minutes, or however long it takes before the memory leak grows too large.

Road of the Dead 2 played well in my computer. Strikeforce Kitty 2 is just ridiculously laggy, like the 1st one. Why badge this?

Because the game didn’t have these problems when it was released, at least it wasn’t this laggy. I completed it in first 2 days after the release and the game was immediately suggested for badging and I had no lag problems whatsoever when I played it. It run perfectly and they weren’t any complains in the comment section. It seems these lag problems appeared when the devs patched it trying to improve it :/

No, the _real_ reason was that the people who suggested this badge were bloody idiots.
If you read back a couple of pages earlier you’d see that they had been warned (original StrikeForce Kitty was just like that). They just didn’t care.
Fool them once, they smiled. Fool them twice, and they blame on the game. :P
Perhaps Kong should start listening to other people.

lmao, I cant believe the developer actually wrote that. I have a “powerful computer” that can smoothly run graphics-intensive games on max settings but i cant play Strikeforce Kitty 2 for 10 minutes without lagging badly. I’m sure its my computers fault…
