As part of Kongregate's 10th anniversary celebration, we're putting together a quest featuring 11 games -- one from each year! And now we're asking for player feedback in helping us finalize which games should be included. The voting process for this will be a bit more informal than the annual "best of" voting process. Some editorial discretion will be exercised, but we'd like to hear from our players about which games/badges you'd most like to see included (or, perhaps, which games/badges you DON'T want to see included). It would be really cool if we could have an unbadged, relatively highly rated game from each year... though that may only be dreaming :P

I'm surprised Conquer Mars is up on the top 20, yet it's strangely not popular for some reason. I like the game, just nobody plays it and you need players to play with. **2014**: ~~Mu Complex: Episode One~~ Run 3, because that game was well done as well as being in a Kong event in the past. That and player_03 is a cool dev. **2015:** ~~Mu Complex: Episode Two~~ Swords and Souls, Top rated game on Kongregate currently. **2016:** Learn to Fly 3 (OMG I CAN PUT UC2 for 2011 NOW)

After thinking for some time, here's my votes. I would although like if this was a HARD quest, which will need you to take some time to play through to get the badges. 2006 - The Fancy Pants Adventures - Run fast, Run fancy. This game is great, controls may be a bit weird, but the badge itself is easy to get but at the same time really hard to get, since it will take several tries. 2007 - Portal: The Flash Version - Deceptive Dessert (obviously) Being a game inspired by a game played by almost everyone, and because its a really great game this definitely deserves to be here. 2008 - Im actually not sure here, either Meat boy (since it has become such a big game) or Shift. Both are great. (As stated above by Holy i would've also picked Pr2 but so few play it. I love that game.) 2009 - This is the only level - either badge works. One of the best games i've personally ever played. So simple and so good. (pick the time limit one cause its mean) 2010 - No idea. 2011 - 3 different ones, Elephant quest, Learn to fly 2 or Upgrade Complete 2. Can't choose. 2012 - SSL 2 - Hard quest, yes? 2013 to 2016 there's too many really good games to choose from, probably learn to fly 3 for 2016 but yeah.

I too think that this quest would be better without any Papa's ____eria games.

No one is suggesting that there be multiple Papa games in the quest, but they do have their position in Kongregate's history, so saying that none of them should even be *considered* for the quest is absurd. (And even then, nothing confirms that one would *end up* on the quest.) And FYI, if I took a correct peek into the date greg offered on the highest-rated games of each year, there are **no** Papa *restaurant* games in the top 20 of *any* year. The first Papa *platformer* is in the top 20 of 2006, but that's an entirely different sort of game. One thing I am worried about is that the 'top rated games' list does not take into consideration the warped ratings of MMOs that is caused by a certain statistic in high scores (iirc... do tell me if I'm wrong here, but I've understood that MMO ratings get some sort of a manipulation upwards). That should be remembered when picking games for the quest, but guess the vocal minority (= the people who will actually tell their opinions in this thread) will be somewhat against MMOs in quests. :)

So far I did not find in any of the suggestions Premium MMOs, Idles, or Papa's erias, which is a good sign. Bluji, if you like Papa's erias, make a list and include them as we do not know exactly how those games will be chosen. As for me, Yuki and William we expressed or views in accord with what Greg said "(or, perhaps, which games/badges you DON'T want to see included)."
