Max amount of badges is 4. You have 5.

Magnetized is pretty good. Only has api for no. of deaths though. Currently stuck on level 56, so I’m not sure how many levels there are (60 I think) but probably a hard for completion. An imp for 0-death completion would be a little sadistic.

After the discussion of a possible impossible badge came up, I spent a lot of time considering it. My main concern deals with something Frick mentioned in passing; that the Challenge levels can be solved with single, canned solutions. While at or above impossible difficulty now, walkthroughs would reduce the challenge substantially. And although the game-attached walkthrough does not present Challenge level solutions, once someone finds a valid solution, it would be easy to reproduce. That said, the limited scripts (assuming there are scripts available in a given challenge level) probably encourage at least some user action.

More importantly, all data cores would also require challenge level memory in all Monster Mode levels. These would not be as readily walkthroughable, since timing is fairly critical to maximizing saved memory. In furtherance of the importance of Monster Mode, I’m also suggesting a required value of total memory saved, independent of the data cores collection. This is because it is possible to achieve more than Challenge level memory in these levels.

Unfortunately, with the leaderboards filled with cheaters (the combined starting memory of all 10 levels is 2660, meaning (even with core recovery) the maximum achievable value is less than that), I was forced to evaluate my own performance, and I’ve only achieved Challenge memory on the first five so far. In those five levels, the combined Challenge total is 570. I’ve managed 664 so far, and more is undoubtedly possible. Since I haven’t reached the Challenge mark on the latter five (or even come close, really), I was left to estimate what kind of total would be appropriate. Although there’s a tendency to use round numbers, 2000 definitely seems too high. I’m recommending 1900 (even that might be slightly too high), but I would suggest further research before going ahead with a requirement of this nature.

Additionally, all data cores might not cover the bonus level (hopefully someone who’s played the bonus level can tell us if it adds to the data cores stat). As such, I added a 36th level requirement, just in case.

Overall, I think this combination of requirements would retain impossible difficulty even when walkthroughs start to appear.

Any suggestion of Ghost Hacker badges that doesn’t include monster mode as either an easy or a medium badge is silly. Monster mode is the the new thing in Ghost Hacker 2, and pointing that out is exactly what an easy/medium badge is used for.

I agree with double hard or hard/impossible for beating the game and collecting all 36 challenge level cores. I haven’t decided which one of hard/impossible is correct, mainly because I haven’t done it yet. To be fair, I feel like its harder than the Bubble Tanks Tower Defense Impossible, which is a good reason to make it an impossible.

no-one has to die

and no one does badge (easy ~ 5 points)

Reach the final ending of no-one has to die

(The game deserves a badge, but I have a hard time thinking full game completion is even a medium badge.)

I think it’s long enough to warrant a medium….and as far as “art-games” that are big on story, small on game, with no replay value go, it was pretty good I thought.

I agree with Prec’s badges, but I’d name the hard badge something different, since Omnislash would fit other games better.

Something you would’ve never thought from me: energy-based game badge suggestions. I got my first touch with the game through pepe8717’s suggestions and having played it for about one and a half weeks now, I’m claiming them far too long. At this point, I’d be barely one fourth to the medium, so they’re most definately off. But here are my suggestions. And yes, I’m well aware of the low rating, but the game is really fun. Though, I’m not at all sure about the hards, because I’m seriously not that far into the game yet.

Love the Badge name. One of the few references I would get :P

That is a pretty good name.

Incidentally, the obvious badge idea to go with that name is a badge containing the “This is not a square” sign.

Mini Dash is also great. Haven’t finished it yet, but I have doubts about whether the developer will add api though, since this looks to be the flash version of a mobile game. Which is weird, because I can’t see this game working very well with touch screen control.
