How much would I have to write if I were to review a card? Like, 3 or 4 sentences?

I appointed myself as editor so that I can make sure that no one enters things that aren’t appropriate.

If a mod or admin would like to be editor, I will let them, and move myself down to a spot as a reporter.

And I don’t really edit, just simple spelling and grammar, and I will try to let all staff see it before the paper is released.

And, Blah, probably a nice paragraph with some screenshots would be appropriate. Rate it, review it, give your personal opinion on it, walk-through, hints, tips, whatever you want.

When I made that post, I was typing fast, so I made a typo, okay? No need for you to criticize my grammar.

One of my laws of the internet state that there is a high probability that people who point out grammar mistakes have bad grammar themselves.

Just sayin’.

This won’t just be a simple post or two saying who won the prize, there will be INPUT on it. People will be giving their opinion, and it will be a real NEWSPAPER, one that you can click through with different pages. Reporters, interviews, headlines, ask the editors, it will be a full-fledged newspaper.

Of course, this will all be after it gets on its feet, right now, it’s just a little duckling. I have big plans for this, and I plan to have a newspaper ready every week, with new features, and more. But it’s really up to you.

I’m going to go to bed, and I hope that some of you really consider it. My hopes are to spend this week getting ready, and then the release of the newspaper will be next week.

Actually, in real newspapers, people don’t give their opinion, they give the fact, minus editorials.

Bunny there is no possible way ever ever ever that this Newspaper will be implemented into Kongregate by next week.

Opinions are editorials. They’re different than newspapers because they INFORM us, not an OPINION from someone.

Ok I most likely know and think that you copyed this idea off my IKN Important Kongregate News and I know you did this so , and if I ever find out that one of my story ideas are copyed , all hell will break lose on my side , so just take this as a verbal warning please.

I’m saying that whoever writes an article would give walkthroughs, reviews, what THEY think of the game as well as giving hints and tips about the game. And, Trillion, I’m not sure what you mean by “implemented by Kongregate”, but this is a user-produced newspaper and does not need to be recognized by any admins.

And, Badd, would you like the job? This is along the lines of what I was thinking Of course, all the extra links aren’t neccessary, but the basic format is the “turn page” button. Animation between pages isn’t needed, either.

And Dual, whether you believe me or not, this isn’t even related to that. And things like “review the current card” will be reviewing the same thing, but in different ways. If the article is too similar to yours, I will ask the reporter to redo it. And, er, when was the last newspaper you released? Exactly.

I also would like this newspaper to be released on Mondays. I also think that a week might be a bit too soon, I might aim for August 4.

And I also removed my name from the editor position so that someone might step up and take it. Whether they are a mod or not, as long as they are trustworthy, I’ll let them have it.

Frequency on Kongregate: pretty much every day. =P (Except, I will be gone from June 17th to the 20th or 21st to downstate. I may hop on for a few minutes at our friends computer, but I doubt it.)

Razzi3l, I’d be more than happy to allow an admin to have their special column, to see what’s up in the minds of the admins over at Kongregate. I would LOVE that, if an admin ever sees this thread, I would just be tickled if they did that! But admins are few, and their tasks are many, so I don’t think it’s going to happen.

Sakuya, you’re accepted! What is your email? You can leave it at a whisper for me or just tell me on here, I don’t care.

Pink, you know how Newspaper have comics, we could do those or flash videos.

That’s a good idea! I wouldn’t go for flash videos, though, I just don’t see that working.

We could have people submit comics! And jokes! And then we could have a judge to pick what ones make it through!

Since it was your idea, Zigma, if you want to be either hte person who makes them, or the judge that judges submitted jokes/comics, you get first pick of that job. Meanwhile, I add that to the list.
