Adventurers With or Without Pants

I was surprised when I logged on today and saw it missing. I was told in numerous chat rooms that someone (mod or admin) had found it inappropriate. Anyone care to shed some more light on the subject? And do you think it should have been removed. It had been here longer than I can remember and I was sad to see it go.

It got renamed to Fancy Adventurers, I believe.

What?! “With or Without Pants” is inappropriate? Oh my Gawd next they’re going to think “Rip City” is bad and they’ll change it to “Alive City”.

Im never in that chatroom so i dont really care…..

It was renamed Fancy Pants Adventure, because it was overrun by trolls since it was at the top of the list. Until more regular mods come, I believe it will stay that way.

I picked the original name of the room, so there was a part of me sad to see it go. But I think we’ve learned that you guys can’t really be trusted with any room names that have the slightest bit of a sexual reference. “Lust” had its name changed too.

Right, they’ll go to the next room, which will have an active room owner. I haven’t seen Fairly Obvious on in weeks.

Our choices were between taking the room away from her and giving it to someone else, or getting it out of the “A” list so the troll traffic wouldn’t be extreme. We chose the latter.

I hope you guys keep some stats on channel bans and whatnot. It’ll be interesting to see if this helps overall or if the trolling just spreads around more.

It’d also be pretty interesting to create a deliberately suggestive channel as a way of attracking them away from the more legit channels.
