How do you know who won the ticket? and r there going to be more raffles? where deos it say the winers? all the different information related to the fallout 3 ticket please!

i have no idea whats happening with this ticket! all i know is that i won the ticket by doing an acheivement in the game Achilles and the i waited a week when the challenge waz over and they didnt talk about it? no winners or anything? Cause i waz REAly looking forward to winning or losing!!!! help or information plz!!!! tellme some answers
