Why don´t you add badges to Argue?. The game was good – only problem – no one plays.
I mean way, way crapier games got badges (recent example: death dice overdose, and thats just one example)

IF dinowaurs is beta, will you keep your DNA and items and rankings? Please answer.

As someone whom has just applied for a possible place as a premium game maker I’m very glad to see this, it was our biggest worry, that the game would be too big. Hopefully the idea will go through and we won’t have to worry TOO much about size.

In my words.If the kongregate use the premium system.They might get money.but other user may change website in online games.so for me its bad for the kong

Hey cpasley.. long time no see =)

Is there any ETA for the multiplayer API w/ microtransactions for non-sponsored games? Submitting the game isn’t out of the question too but I have a possible investor. I haven’t even been to Kong since these games were just coming out, but I will look at them soon.

We’re not sure yet, sorry. Hoping it won’t be too much longer, though.

You must have a lot of emails to shift through eh?

Oh I’d like to ask, API in premium games is compulsory right? (We want it in anyway I’m just curious)

It looks like Remnants is coming out of Alpha.

About how long will the beta phase last? I want to play it, but I don’t particularly like beta testing.

As soon as the game is ready and bug-free. They don’t have an exact date.

I don’t think so, you’re meant to make the game yourself (or to make it with a group)

Come on! I know the game is coming out when it is “ready and bug-free”, and I know they don’t have an exact date. I want to know when we can expect it to come out. They should have a rough idea. Will it be a month or two or is it expected to remain in beta up to 2010?

Their site says that it will come out in 2009.

A premium game in usual internet language would mean a game that you pay to play.

In this instance however the idea is that Kongregate will fund game developers to make games which will be exclusive to Kong for a year upon release.

Exclusive, of course, meaning that it wouldn’t be available on Armorgames or NG.

The developer and kongregate will then split the revenue drawn in by the game until Kong recoups it’s initial funding. There was also some business about micro transactions but that will doubtlessly be game specific.

Sorry if this has been asked already, but I haven’t seen it yet…

I have a question on IP rights for concepts-what are the protections in place for both Kong and the submitter to govern how IP submissions are handled? For example if an idea is pitched and Kong passes on it, what happens?

does Kong own all ideas submitted, used or not?
is there an NDA or similar agreement to ensure that the rights are retained by the creator?
some other arrangement?
