WHY!?

I’d play but I never got an invite, even though I was in the alpha :( |
They need to make it an open beta to anyone over level 20. |
That would probably be easiest but I think they are really pushing a first come first serve basis. |
That can’t be true Phatcat. I asked to test the Beta on the first page of the sign ups. I wasn’t invited either. |
I asked to beta in about page 3ish. Got invited to the first wave. Random selection? Or maybe testing exp, level, and forum exp? |
THAT is an excellent suggestion. |
Everyone in there in the first few pages should have gotten an invite. Are all your emails attached to your kong accounts current? Don’t worry. Release isn’t too terribly far away. ;) |
Yes, it is with my. I’m on the first page, and I didn’t recieve my invitation yet. This isn’t the first time, it happened the same with all the other games. EDIT: I’m talking about Dinowars beta, Argue about everything Alpha release and Zening Beta (probably). |
THE CARD GAME IS COOL but maybe cards and a card game shouldnt be the only kongregate games. I know its alot to expect but at some point it would be cool |
This happened to me in the Dinowars beta too. |
I guess I’m more of an alpha guy… I suppose. |
Back in the long days of alpha.. “Damnit! Nobody’s on again..” :( |
I got into the first beta wave. Hell, I got three different invites! :D (And all to the same account, too…) |
Lies. |
Greg? Is that you? |
Sorry you feel that way. From being in the room, most people seem to enjoy it, and while it’s certainly not the deepest game ever made, it’s a lot of fun to just hang out and play. |
Yeah no one signed up except the thousands of people who asked to be a beta tester on the forums. I got your back pasley. |
Dang i didnt get invited. Guess thats what happens when you sign up on the 46th something page lol |
I did get invited, played it, realized it was nothing like I thought it would be, and haven’t been back since. I actually sent kong a reply e-mail that was like “I’m probably never playing this again. Let someone else in” So, hopefully they did. I just found it wasn’t a debate and it seemed kind of like a weird spam war. In conclusion, I don’t play because I can’t discuss the points, the “fact” section is just what ever you want to put in, etc. I can see how other people may enjoy the action side of the game. |
Yeah, what some people seem to want from a debate game is simply a message board. ;) Argue is what an argument would be like if it were a five-minute Real-Time Strategy game. |
I would like to join. Like panda frenzy i asked on the 100th page. That probably just means that its awesome and it has a ton of people wanting to join. I wait on the waiting list i suppose. |
I think one issue is simply when people check in. Shortly after the beta started it was fairly busy. I was able to find someone to debate every night, and the chat was quite lively. After a few days (weeks?) it started to die off…but some people were just checking in for the first time. Then of course it starts a self-reinforcement cycle, where people who find no one online do not return thus lowering the total pool of available people… Well it is always going to be a problem with multiplayer games that have a small, set group of participants. |
so is the game totally awsome!?! |
Yeah, that’s true SaintAjora. But when it’s released there will be no limit as to how many people can get in, so I think you’ll always be able to find someone to play with. |
