New Kongregate Version: Cleanup more areas with unpublished games and new profile detail for room owners and forum mods

We’ve cleaned up a few more areas where unpublished games were being shown. First we’ve removed them from the game browser. The other area is when unpublished games have badges, those badges still show up under recommended badges. Those areas have been cleaned up now. Next if you go to a room owner or a forum mod’s profile, there is a section that will list what room they own or what forums they are mods in.

Users:

• Remove “New” label from the community tab
• Fix bugs in the about me section under collabs
• Remove unpublished games from game browser
• Remove unpublished badges from recommended badges section
• Fix bug where user’s last selected tab was not being remembered
• Show room a user owns on their profiles
• List all the forums a mod is part of on their profiles

Developers:

• Fix game transaction reports not being emailed

It took me a moment to see it at first, actually. I thought it’d be right above the About Me, in the information section. But where it is works too. A small suggestion though, for mods that don’t own a room, could it be listed where their most active room is?

But will there be cake?

I hear there’s cake when you reach level 65. I’m only 715 points away from figuring that out myself.

I haven’t been able to confirm it, but I think that when a room owner is outside of the room they own, their M disappears.

Pardon? Unpublished badges?

3 items unexpanded take up the same room as 5 expanded.

Perhaps just list them all (up to a count of 5) instead of having the more link?

I believe they are referring to the likes of Caesary etc.

Oh, that makes sense. On that note, I still would appreciate an official word on Zening. I don’t mind removing broken games and the badges, I’d just like to know about it firsthand.

Yep. I have trouble finding forum mods in an inactive forum so I end up PMing random mods rofl.

Forum moderators got some love in this update woot woot. :)

Now you can be a little more accurate with that. xD
A lot of forum mods can moderate the game subforums, so that’s usually not a problem.

I second this

Oh wow a ton of bug fixes

These important bug fixes are wayyy more important than the OT mods being able to silence/ban

OT has been waiting almost a year now for mods who can actually do things.

and it would be nice if unused names could be cleaned so that it can be used. pretty please =T.T=
