Yeah too bad all your “fixes” make it so chat pops up every time I play a game now no matter what tab I left it on before. Why can’t you make a permanent “no chat” option? I come here to play games, not socialize. Socializing is what real life is for.

Ok… ive pretty much opend my computer for viruses and everything ive completely deleted everything cache cookies so on and i still cant connect to chat… any ideas?

(firefox with no addons)

ive also aprooved kongregate to pretty much kill my computer if it had viruses

i have no idea where the port 5222 thing is i cant find anywhere to let it… i have latest flash

Another annoyance that would be nice to be fixed is when you play a game and are chatting with someone you could make a highscore or earn a badge and then the chat changes to achievements which is bothersome to switch back to the chat. Instead can it be made so it shows the achievment made for a brief period of time then go back to the chat?

omfg! they already have private message! go to your friends name, click private message type your message in box, send when the freind replies, click reply to continue private messaging, the others cant see the private messages, and the backround of it will be blue

the chat doesnt work for me

As of July 20 my chat never connects and I dont get badges either. Nothing has changed (that I can tell) on my end of things. I’m running IE 8 with latest version of Flash. I tried specifying port 5222 and 5229 as ok, turned off pop-up blocker, changed Flash settings to allow more info storage from kongregate, and tried to refresh pages but no luck. Was there a new chat update on the 20th? Any other ideas to try? Thanks.

YAY! im so happy that they changed it and i really miss the banning chat for 20 minutes thing but anyway or another im happy and anyway i just wanted to say that im happy 100/100 :)
