I’ve talked a little with HQ about a Kongregate desktop friends application and so now I’m curious about your views. Would any of you have an interest in something like this:

Awesome idea, so its like the MSN messenger interface? Would you also be able to change things like on msn such as changing whether it alerted you o friends comming on line or not?

I made a basic iteration some time back, but didn’t go anywhere with it. Only a couple weeks ago did I actually put together a new version the features you see, so I haven’t really been working on it that much or that long.

Will there be “auto-sync” instead of having to pres Synchronize every time you make a change?

Good job! I don’t think I’d download it, as this is my family’s computer, but if I ever get a laptop, I would.

Of course, that would be a bit pointless. That was a forced refresh I did in the video. The point would be to run it as a background app, so it would be expected to do background work.

I don’t really have a full feature list or monstrous plans, I’m just testing the waters here to see what kind of interest there is. I use it myself, but obviously wouldn’t put more time into it unless there’s a good amount of interest.
