Take the ‘Toluna Community’ offer for example. It tells me to sign up and activate my account via my email activation link to recieve the Kreds within minutes. I’ve done exactly that and I have recieved no Kreds.

I’ve been trying to do the “Survey of the Day”, which isn’t really a survey of the day, but a random survey they get from their database. Anyways, I answer like 7 to 8 questions, then it says something allong the lines of “Unfortunately, you are not eligible to take this survey, but you can try another survey if you like.” One time I answered only one question and that message came up.

What, do I have to be exactly what the creators of the surveys want or else I don’t get any kreds?

It says the offers might take a few hours, so I’ll just wait for 5 hours. Hopefully I get something by then.

Surveys are kinda tricky – we spent a while testing them and it took a bit of effort to find a survey that we qualified for. They’re one of the higher-paying free offers (that don’t involve getting quotes for insurance and such) so I guess they’re just more picky about matching the surveys. Still, if they become a persistent issue we can look into removing the offer. We’re attempting to balance quality offers and a large quantity for people to choose from. Plus, you can always contact Offerpal if you have a problem with a specific offer to see what went wrong with it.

If a shout or whisper on a profile page is rejected for containing prohibited text, it no longer clears itself, and instead allows you to edit the message and not have to retype the whole thing.

I gotta try that.

Wait, so how can we get free kreds?

I’m loving this new ‘surveys = kreds’ idea. Sure, not all surveys qualify, or take a bit of time, but hey! Free Kreds! I usually take surveys in my spare time for things like Amazon gift cards, so this really caters to my interests. Thanks Kong Team!

Hey, whenever a survey gives someone Kreds please make a thread about it as I doubt any of them work…

I started a survey. I answered two questions and it said I was not the person they were looking for for their survey.

I gave them my e-mail address and now they say I dont get my kreds! This is wack kongregate. I best almost all of the surveys on the page from my profile are not legit.

EDIT: For the survey’s do you have to give them them e-mail address linked to your account?

You get your kreds a little later, once the system has confirmed that you’ve completed the survey. You’ll be notified by whisper, but you can also see that the transaction at this link:

where do i go on the site to buy kreds, i have not been able to find it.

Yeah, thats a problem I have found a lot of people have, could you make a link to buy kreds on the profile, like where the kreds balance is when you have kreds? Because I always struggle to get to the page to buy them and stuff, or find the link for people :/

Just to provide a positive datapoint, I had absolutely no problem taking one of the surveys of the day and getting Kreds for it. (The email I gave, also, was just a disposable email, not the one linked to my account.) Maybe I’m just in a more desireable demographic.

I did a survey, no problem, and got Kreds, I was even notified of the transaction going through in chat which is always a positive. I think that this is a great idea.

On my 4th survey, I got the Kreds, nice! :D

Thanks for fixing the dev problem of new versions being uploaded. That was a pain when I was testing a new game. :P

After trying many surveys, and sometimes it giving me the same ones, I was finally qualified for a survey in the Survey of the Week (it was the one where you had to be a college student to qualify). After finishing it, I got my confirmation whisper from kong and my 23 kreds. Then I tried to do the other Survey of the Day, which was worth 27 kreds, but kept getting a message that they ran out of surveys for me. Now I’ve learned to do the survey with more kreds first next time. -_-

<3 it when I don’t get any free offers at all locally. :(
