Power Cut-over Announcement

Dear players,

As we just received a temporary notice from the engine room abroad, a power cut-over is scheduled to occur on October 13, 2012 PDT from 00:00AM to 5:00AM.

This cut-over may impact some of the basic game work, so we will turn off the servers in the meantime.

Player will not be able to log on the servers above. And the chat function in Richstate will be unable to work normally during the period.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this and we appreciate your support and cooperation!

kongo servers arent up. weird

Server down two days at same time
One was a scheduled power outage but O14 is an unexpected downtime
Compensation may be required if it stays down too long :)

shutting down the game with no info and dovo servers are still up. no love for kongo servers?

3 hours and game still down with no pre-announcement. well done

so, Sunday, when a lot of players have time to play they shut down the servers. That not nice, when we wait for weekend to play here and without any announcement servers not working. I dont think that can be compensated by some poor gifts.

Dear players,

Dovo servers and Kongregate servers are on different physical machines, and not all the physical machines would be affected by that power cut-over. Besides, not every game would be affected. As for the server-down on Sunday, we are sorry that we failed to inform you of that in advance, since we were also not being informed. We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding.
