I don’t get exactly how you make money from flash games. Let’s say I have two people working on a flash game and they finish it. One is the developer and the other is the programmer. They submit the game to some game website such as kongregate, and then kongregate puts adds in. After a week the game has like 50,000 plays. How does kongregate pay you exactly? 5 cents per 10,000 plays plus some money for how many clicks the add gets? How do you even get the money from kongregate once you earn it? Paypal?

They pay you 50% of what they get for their ads. You’ll probably be looking at $2.00 and higher per 1,000 plays. You can chose payout from either a) paypal (min $25) b) Check (min $100) c) wire transfer (min $1000)

Ok, thanks a lot. But if there are multiple people working on the game, how does kongregate know how to distribute the money?

Kongregate will not distribute the money. You have to distribute the money yourself.
