Yup cleared the cache after looking to see if there was a flash update and it fixed. Thanks. ;)

Still didnt help with the cap battle, least not for me anyway

Tried clearing the cache, tried 3 different browsers. Java is up to date, kinda running out of ideas. Did occur again today BTW, to me and several other people i heard from.

I had to do several things to get it to work, so I’ll just post those here too for others to use (this is for CHROME ONLY!)

1. Shut down all of chrome except for one window to work in
2. In the adres bar type “about:plugins” (without the quotes)
3. At the right upper part of the page click the “details” button to expand all tabs
4. Find the part about flash / shockwave flash
5. (With me at least) there are 3 versions there, turn of the older ones and enable the latest version …. (check the number at “Version:”) with me that was 11,2,202,233

6. Click the wrench icon in the menu bar of chrome and click options (5th option from below)
7. Go to advanced settings (3th button at the side) and then “Clear browsing data…”
8. Make sure the 3d box (cache) is checked (and you may want to un-check the other boxes to keep …. the rest of your site info)
9. Make sure the drop down menu says (…from:) “the beginning of time” and click the clear browsing …. data button.
10. When chrome is done, shut down the window (aka shut down chrome) and start it up again.

The first time you load the game again it will take a while longer to get everything loaded up again.

P.S. @scott110077 java got nothing to do with it, the game runs on flash :P

Hey, Ive recently had a problem with battles. It gets to Acquiring Arms Data 10/10 and just stops loading. Im using Firefox. Every other aspect of the game works. I have already tried clearing cache and restarting browser. I havent changed anything in the browser for the 9 days I have been playing and all of a sudden the battles do not work. We have tried to just load and watch someone elses but that doesnt work either. This is very frustrating as I cannot see how well I am doing against enemies and I cannot even continue with The Elder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Turns out I can battle. The results go through. But to keep playing I have to refresh. Otherwise im stuck on Acquiring Arms 10/10 0% forever. It also didnt tick through the daily task in the battle I just won. This is very annoying. The refresh counts out Elder Missions and Refresh means I have to wait 3 hours before I can even battle and long enough on loading screen for it to count through the battle sequence. And then Refresh. This takes about 2/3 Minutes out of my time that I would prefer not waiting for as I have the Fortifications to do and Could be getting further into the game. It is a very large inconvenience. Please Help me fix this asap. Daz

As of this morning, the flash plugin is crashing when I go into battle. Worked ok yesterday before the Maintenance window. Firefox and current flash plugin.

And its utterly Screwed. Ive sent in a bug report.. Ive been waiting 7 hours for help >.> and ive had loading: 9/10 0% 10/10 0% 10/10 48% and it stops. So yea. Just hoping they fix it or figure out a way for it to work properly.

Dear Dazicans,I just tried with my account on frost server and found it’s ok to load successfully.
please follow these steps:step1 close the game page and browser first
step2 open browser and clear the cache and cookies
step3 log in game
If that cannot help, Please change your browser to have a try or update your flash.

About the battle loading problem, we have tested it and found no problem. Please remember to clear the cache and cookies after each maintenance, and log in again. If this still does not work, please try another browser or reboot your computer.

I attempted the Steps.. AGAIN. And to no help. I have just swapped over to Chrome and hit the exact same problem. This pc hasn’t used chrome yet so should have no reason to need to clear cache. I shall be clearing the cache now just to be sure though. And then shall follow through with nafets112 process.

The growth task has been bugged for some time, but it was fixed in yesterday’s maintenance. Could you please try it one more time?

Did you mean you have missed a Intelligence point? Did you use Baptize or Purify in the Sanctuary?

No, in the sacrifical grounds. From the looks of it I logged in again and upgraded the grounds while the server still wasn’t fully up again. As a result the building level was increased to the next multitude of 5, but no talent point added.

I have checked in our databank, and found that your sacrificial ground is level 35, which means you should have 7 talent points. Is there anything wrong? You just have 6 talent points?

Hey.. Ive done Every single suggested Method.. Even the Chrome ones.. Im currently stuck on the Acquiring Arms 10/10 0% and im leaving it there if you want to check through my name. It might not say it but thats all I see. I get the updates of world things etc. But that is all. No chat or anything. Its been over 5mins without changing so yea. I would really like to keep playing but even after every suggested method of fixing it nothing has happened.. and I dont want to have to be refreshing after every battle.. Daz Update: Same screen. 30 mins. 1 hour. I waited one hour. No reply >.> So yea..

Interesting one for you. On the Ranking Screen. I was looking at page 3 of ‘Rank by prestige’ for my Region. I then pressed the Level button – and got a blank display. Says it’s on page 3/1 and ‘Flex Data Visualization Trial’ is shown as a watermark across the middle of the Ranking display.

Correct. I only have 6 talent points.

The growth task has been bugged for some time, but it was fixed in yesterday’s maintenance. Could you please try it one more time?

I did this AFTER maintenance, around 8AM EST. Today, i am again stuck with “fight against enemies for one times”, so i’d rather not waste diamonds on testing the baptism and purification.
