draft froze bug

i am in a draft where all players are ready to go but after the timer finishs it says waiting and it wont ever start.
can i get my packs back?

for some reason a few days later i did got my packs back but is this problem also solved?

The cause of this issue has not been fixed yet, I did Solve the report though ^^
