I’m sure Kongregate would be happy to pay via Paypal; that’s how they pay for the other contests. There is a guide here for sitting up a Paypal account for the Phillipines. You will require an email address and either a debit or credit card. Note: You probably shouldn’t bother setting it up now. Wait until you win. ;)
