If i win , do i get the Money if i’m from Europe ( EU ) – Romania – Bucharest ???

From what I understand, Kongregate will send the money to you anywhere that you’re able to receive it. They’ve gone to lengths to assure that developers have been paid correctly in the past.

Although what is it you’re trying to win?

The contest is over though. You can still earn money as a game developer, but only get a check after you earn $25. People get paid all over the world.
