It attacks one target three times, starting at 10% on level 1. Increases by 2% chance to proc per level. Number of attacks does not increase; only chance to proc.

Sweet, does it work well with Double attack? My hero will be happy to learn that too!

The Extra Xp skill seems to not work properly, the hero with said skill gets the same amount of xp as the other heros without said skill.

Double attack (Combo) is ahead of Triple in terms of which skills procs first, as far as I know. It’s still a mighty powerful skill both in PvP and PvE, though :)

-I haven’t really payed much attention to how much experience my heroes have been getting, so I can’t confirm whether it works for me or not. I only have the EXP skill on one of my builders, and I haven’t really noticed an increase in experience gain. But then again, it’s only 2% more exp gain per level, so it’s not exactly something I’d be pleasantly surprised about getting from a skill book, nor does it serve any purpose anymore, once you hit max level.

There is atleast 1 bug in it, that the display on the combat page does NOT show the extra XP the hero supposedly got.

The display bug where it battle report doesn’t include the bonus exp for the hero skill should now be fixed.

Will people stop saying command up (the % of command up) = the same % of more ships!!! This is not true. I will show you some examples of typical command values with ships attatched to prove my point:

300 command divided by 8 (MS cost 8 command per ship) = 37.5 or 37 ships.
330 (10% higher) command divided by 8 (MS cost 8 command per ship) = 41.25 or 41 ships
1-(37/41)=.0975 >> a 9.75% increase in ship numbers

Lets say you have 400 command… that gives you 50 MS … 10% command up makes it 440 command… then you can have 55MS which is a 10% gain.

not all players have perfect numbers in their commands so let us observe more realisitic command values:

Lets now say you have a war-gimped hero with 207 command (25MS) 10% command up gives you 227 command = 28MS 1-(25/28) = 10.7% increase in ships

321 command = 40MS 10% command up makes it 353 (353.1) command = 44 MS this is a 10% increase in ships

328 command =41MS 10% command up makes 360 (360.8) command = 45MS this is an 8.88% increase in ships

239 command = 29MS 10% command up makes 262 command = 32MS (9.125% increase in ships)

CASE IN POINT: Command up does not increase your ship # by the percentage of command gained… sometimes it is more, sometimes it is less. Command up increases your command by the percentage said, NOT YOUR SHIP NUMBER!!!!

Im really confused where people are saying this … I mean the text of the skill is a bit confusing but most players know how command up works.

PM said in a patch that they changed how Command up works, So that now it increases the ship count and not the actual Command stat. (sometime before the 1st WOH update)
