It was abz’s account he made, secondly there was no actual interaction between the accounts, abz’s alt was merely a placeholder who moved out immediately. And if I were to alt account I wouldn’t name them that similarly.

“should not” – It doesn’t put a complete restriction on it as qualified by the following:
