How about instead of making a thread u try more than just clicking the link…. Do you have pop ups disabled? Did you actually COMPLETEALL of chapter 5 including the final boss?
Once you reach chapter 6 in Time World, you can retrieve the Free Gems claim link anytime by going back to the Time World game and open up the mission dialog (click on the advisor), then click on the “Free Gems” link at the top left corner of the mission dialog. Please make sure you temporarily disable any popup blockers if the claim page does not open when you click on claim.
