What does this mean for me? You will always be able to play your favorite games on Kongregate. However, certain site features may suddenly stop working and leave you with a severely degraded experience.
What should I do? We strongly urge all our users to upgrade to modern browsers for a better experience and improved security.
We suggest you install the latest version of one of these browsers:
As we currently cannot progress pass 450 barrier i have idea how to keep people on the game
4th option for DG generator:
Generate coordination - as 4th option on generator - buy option - 5 to 10k Mi.
Each coordination bought cost 40 or 50 fuel and increase with 1 for each next.
Maybe upgrade of the generator like the Overclocker to reduce fuel by 1% compounding.
This way people will be able to progress further, but on the cost of working hard on their DG.
The addition of Magma is just like the addition of Breaking the Planet. It's a stop-gap rebalancing patch, and the initial gift of 100 free Coords is the messiest, hackiest part.
I would prefer that an additional method of progression be devised that includes a way to "pay back" this gift. Your idea of generating Coords is a perfect vehicle for exactly that.
With the "Wall" in place, and additional Helium (above a certain minimum) being effectively pointless to farm, this point in the game represents a massive opportunity to reinvent Trimps.
I suggest that Helium be removed as the mechanism of further progression and Magmite be installed in its place. Balancing would be much simpler with a resource that is collected at a very reasonable and controlled pace, as opposed to Helium, which has been multiplied again and again to nauseating heights.
New perks could be bought using Magmite and the DG upgrade schedule (pseudo-perks) could be significantly expanded.
To appease the "Quadrillion Club," there can be a special perk that grants bonus magmite, but its cost must increase dramatically to succeed in installing a HARD Helium cap.
I believe the current Helium structure of progression can still be salvaged and brought to some semblance of consistency and balance, but not without a great deal of work and playtesting. (Something like a 3 month "beta" test server)
With the inclusion of Broken Planet and Magmite, however, one can realistically come to only one conclusion concerning the future of Trimps.
TheSilverRam, hoo boy are you giving me a chance to try and revive my suggestion? [I'll gladly take it!](https://www.kongregate.com/forums/11406-general-discussion/topics/575725-suggestion-new-permanent-currency-encouragement-for-longer-runs) Though it'd need to be rebalanced greatly now :Ü™
