If you have a missing gold order, or have another sort of issue with the gold purchase system such as an incorrect gold purchase amount, please post here!

yup got mine the next day as well.

My gold order was lost again. Not sure why this keeps happening to me.

I purchased 2k gold earlier.

Still no gold Webmmo, and you really should work on staffing live support with more people. Being on hold and seeing the message “All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly.” over and over for more than a couple hours doesn’t quite send the message you’re probably looking for.

And here is a chatlog of what I just faced going through live support.

Hours of waiting, and then because the one GM’s hours are up, I get booted off queue.

Get more GMs to staff live support and have them finish queue before they go. Or have offline status just shut off further additions to the queue.

FYI: each one of those messages comes about every 5 minutes. Now count how many lines there are.

That’s my screenshot proof. Directly from my kred report.

It clearly shows that I paid for 5k gold.

I have only received 3k gold though.

Still nothing. I bought 5k gold to qualify for the 5k event prize. If my 5k gold doesn’t come in by 23:59pm on 4/27, I would like for the gift pack to be retroactively applied.
