[DDTank] Failed to purchase coins

Hi, I’m an argentine (from South America) DDTank user. I hope I make myself understood.
If this is not the place where this msg should be, let me know.

Yesterday, Friday 9th of December, aprox. at 6 a.m. (-3 GMT), I bought coins on my Kong account. A msg of confirmation appeared, Kreds were deducted but I didn’t received any coins neither any in-game mail.

Is there any way you can check this?

This also happened to me, i purchased 1500 coins by 55 kreds, and never recieved them

Actually, this also happened to me. However, I got the coins….. 1 month later.

I received the coins thanks to Admin-Angelina.
I had more Kreds so I spent them to buy more coins.

I recieved them instantly :D!

i havn’t RECIEVED my coins (3000)….why is this?

also i emailed ddt-support and messaged bellaswift but NO replys
