If you tried to purchase something and didn’t get it, check your kreds page. Were any kreds debited from your account? If not, something went wrong in the purchase and you should try again. If it still doesn’t work, email us at [email@example.com](mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org).
If the kreds were debited but you didn’t get the item(s) you paid for, use the Kabam support link above.
