To make the bugs you report much clearer to the devs and help them fix it as soon as possible, please use the following forms when you have bugs to report either on forums or via support emails(support@ssupremacy.com or support@barbily.com) or in the ticket system

When I logged in to the server the game told me to create a new character.
Time: 10:28
Step one: i logged onto kongregate
Step 2: I clicked the new server
Step 3: The game loaded
Step 4: The game told me to create a new character

And there it is. Abacusdog is GONE. My character name is now “Nobody”. A player with 2 commanders, lvls 11 and 12.

Please reinstate star supremacy account Abacusdog, kong account Abacusdog. I’ve not logged into account “Nobody” for 3 months, having only logged on twice. Do it, and I’ll donate a shiny 5 cred piece. Fail to do it, and my star supremacy career is over.

When I logged in to the server the game told me to create a new character.
Time: 15:35 on 07-03
Step 1: I logged onto kongregate
Step 2: I clicked the new server
Step 3: The game loaded
Step 4: The game told me that it was reviving an old account
Step 5: Click in and my 6 colonies along with 5 lvl 70+ have disappeared and have turned into an account with nearly nothing that I only played for one day a long long time ago.
Please fix the problem and give me back my old account.
