I’m using 18/30 available power… and I can build a level 1 turret “because I’m out of power”

BUILDING STATION?
This is new. Plz splain.
Looks like the issue was that I was out of resources… not power. (so I shouldn’t have been able to build anyway)

Empire Space.
Empire sometimes doesn’t deduct your resources until you refresh… build new items in your station and it refreshes, or collect from your system
