Bought a talent reroll card with trade merit and it does **not** work.
When I used the card to reroll a talent it used the card up and also deducted 300 gems.
It’s a trap, I’d be careful on using merits to buy items that uses the same mechanic (of bypassing gem cost).

Wow, didn't even know there was a bug like that. Hopefully this is no more, but thanks for pointing it out. It's always best to avoid similar bugs. As far as using merits to buy Castle Clash items right now in 2020, there is another issue that may crack your neck - the requirements! I mean just take a look at this, this is mind boggling...
Sometimes I came to think of, that it would be way easier to just buy the most epic Castle Clash items with your own cash, but then, I am also reminded of my F2P pledge xD
