Perhaps you should post the details and see if any developer is willing to make it? From what I’ve seen most good developers are more focused on making their own games, than games suggested in the forums, but it’s always worth a try. :P

You might want to try learning Flash, too. It’s difficult but could be worth it if you’re passionate about your idea.
