I think a lot of frustration and irritation on the part of the players would be avoided if you would have a notice on the game screen for a few days b4 maintenance. I log in every day when I’m able, and often it is after 11:00 pm. It really sucks to keep losing my accumulated daily activity. Thanks.

Maint is always at the same time and this is a once in a 6 month emergency maint.
We got a few hours warning on forum + ingame warning. They themselfs probably didn’t even know this would happen untill after the regular maint.

any news of our gold lost in transfer from yahoo to dark forest. please give us our gold back its take time for non vips to save all the gold.. one of the frnd lost more than 8500 gold. do something about it for god sake

And when, exactly, is this supposed to happen? Considering all of the irritated players who are always commenting, I’m not the only one in the dark. And what would it hurt to remind us as I mentioned above. I have a little more on my mind than trying to remember something trivial like this.

I definitely agree on this one, was discussing it other day within guild. It’s mostly reason why people lost things, cause it let’s you login on server with unfinished maintenance and then server kicks you over and over again till it’s totally complete.

Wanna see if i lost my fire ruby that i got after my inventory was gone. And all things i’ve got from there. I made a photo but i believe they wont do anything as usual

Do we have to wait another 24 hours for it to apply? Cause only thing that did apply properly is your money sources aka recharge card and you did fix daily login. That’s about it.

When are you running next maintenance? Or you mean current one which didn’t fix it, or didn’t apply who knows.

Well I’ll post it in the end just to show what everyone knows , that they answer on auto to everyone.




My main problem is complete cards are missing and complete decks, 9th day in a row. And every answer from staff is about inventory issue , they never said a thing about fixing my deck issue.
Can you at least pretend you care about your players ?

Sorry to hear the unpleasant experience. If you still can’t see the inventory correctly as it should be, please wait up to 24 hours. They are just not displaying, not losing at all.
There IS certain time gap between “we finish the weekly maintenance” and “players can see the latest events correctly inside game”. As we have announced this in advance in each patch notification, we beg your understanding in this matter.

Sigh, still nothing. I am losing all hope. I have been told on four different occasions that this issue had been or would be taken care of and that has not been the case. I just want my stuff back, idc about a compensation but I had some noteworthy items that I was saving.

You can see how much they care when they go on with new patch notes, new cards that are mostly always wrongly translated/broken and milk more money out of broken game. While on the other hand they don’t fix glitches , bugs , issues and this latest bug even hit more people after last maintenance. Don’t be surprised if they don’t fix this at all next week or 2, or maybe even not then.
Big applause for making more money on it, I must admit. Touche.
I am yet to meet someone who has bug fixed, mostly people complain how they lost even new things in inventory while no restoration of old ones…

Supposedly we should make a program that will take a screen shot of our whole inventory, cards, currencies and everything else before we log off each night. Since most of the time they require screen shots on things that no one would have screen shotted in advance.

And I laughed really on that Manual compensation of inventory, I mean for real. So we should now all write perfect inventory and make it happen ? It’s not Xmas , and they aren’t that generous even on Xmas lol.
I should make list of cards I had before they deleted and add some extras, would be so great Woohoo.
