how to get all hats in PR2

it is a little hard to get all hat. here is how.
crown hat-get 5,000 F@H points.
cowboy hat-get 100,000 F@H points.
santa hat-get it randomly in a level.
propeller hat-get it by finishing hat factory.
exp hat-get it randomly in a level.
kongregate hat-play PR2 on kongregate.

Don’t forget Party Hat, which can be won randomly in races or by logging in on New Years. :)

Kongregate Hat= log in to Kongregate
Exp Hat= in race
Santa Hat= in race (like exp hat)
Propeller Hat= Finsh Hat Factory (last level)
Party Hat= login at new years or win a race (RARE!)
Crown Hat= 5,000 F@H points
Cowboy Hat= 100’000 F@H points

The rariety of random race hats:
Exp hat:somewhat rare, usually get it at low levels
Santa hat:Rarer than Exp hat, usually get it at lvls 13-20
Party hat: super rare, idk what levels do people usually get it though.

I found somebody who was wearing a strange, multicolored hat, looked like dynamite or something… What is it?

Two things:
1. You forgot about two other hats: The Top Hat, and the Head Start Hat.

Head Start: I forget what it was available for, but now it appears randomly during Happy Hour on one of the servers. By it’s namesake, it lets you get a headstart in every race.
Top Hat: Search for (Hyphen)Shadowfax(Hyphen) (Put in a hyphen [-] where it says (hyphen)) in the users, and play “The Golden Compass”. Completion will get you the top hat. Warning, the level is nearly impossible to complete without glitching. It allows you to basically go through all invisible blocks (Green disappearing blocks) except those that are under you, which still fade normally. IMO, it’s not worth it, but you decide for yourself.

2. @thehappycamper: I’m pretty sure the head start is what you saw. I’ve never seen it personally, so I can’t promise that.
