[Heroes of Kung Fu] Offical Bugs/Glitch/Problems thread

I thought we should have a thread for things like glitches and problems with gold,events all the technical problems to be posted on 1 thread for the convenience for webmmo to check. Instead of having to click on separate threads…

I had a glitch battle a few days ago.

Me, Jadefrost, and Lennieris were in Ancient Path floor 10, final boss, Wang. Server 1.

8:33 AM or 9:33 AM, and it was either July 10th, 11th, 12th, or 13th. Can’t remember. But that’s a small enough window that I think you can check. It was definitely after the morning energy of 8AM, and I’m pretty sure it was a 33 minutes at the end. But that could be wrong. This was my second AP run of the day. Oh, and this was my very last Ancient Path instance in the last few days if that helps check logs.

But as we went into the fight. It turns into a Guild Fight!

It was weird. We were all stuck in the fight. Even after it was long done.

Couldn’t go anywhere. Stuck “In Combat” so nothing worked.

Eventually we got unstuck.

It was like the game had a time set for the fight even though it wasn’t going on anymore.

Consequence of the fight.

We all lost the EXP and Drops and Treasure from Floor 10 of AP.

I was also unable to forge any Ancient Path Qin Armor as we never got to the final roof.

I wanted to forge it and place it in my Beauty 3, Beautiful Daji, 3 day VIP storage.

The Guild Fight was in my log. I did not have the true AP 10 Wang fight. And I got no treasures from floor 10. That I did check (my last treasures in the temporary pocket were from floor 9)

Sorry I didn’t get a screenshot, I meant to get back to it and take the screen but forgot.

There’s has been a glitch that’s affecting me for a few days now. When i go to he martial hall, it says I didn’t join on that certain day when I’ve been joining for the past 3 days. I keep collecting my Coins and Reputation but i don’t get to see the fights. I don’t have a screen-shot though. Sorry

i am having a bug…

i can’t “show” an item, after selling it in the market… it’s just THAT object… i tried with other 2 objects and that works…

the object is a purple “General’s Helm”… i tried with 3 diff browsers… Opera, IE7, Firefox

i could sell it in the market, when it’s time to “show the object to the world” it doesn’t work and refreshes the page.
tryed it on Kong page, and with direct link (hokf3.webmmo.com) same problem

i tried to show it without selling it, just showing to the world, from the inventory… and it works…

Plz note that if the item is 2 lvl higher or lower than you, you cannot see it in the market.

hi there webmmo… seems like you did not understand what i said…

the problem is not “see or not see” it in the market… object level is 63, mine level is 62, almost 63… so, it’s not that the problem…

the problem is when i try to show in the world by the market…

The item is displayed
You can show your treasures in the world channel of the Chat Center!
Every exhibition will cost you 1 Gold. Are you sure?
Pay by Gold ( Current Balance: xx )
Pay by Point ( Current Balance: xx )

when i click OK… it refresh the page… and it doesn’t show to the world… my points/gold don’t change, but the object is in the market…

i cleared cache, and everything, and tried with Opera, IE7 and Firefox (as i told before)

ps. the bug is only on THAT object… as you seen, heavenly sword works… general’s helmet don’t…

In Beauty 1 Seductive, cards imperial concubine requests you to have spent gold credit. For some reason mines says 91, even thought I’ve spent 163 gold credit already. Why is that? Is there a restriction to what counts are spending gold credit or is this a bug?

Only when you buy items with system can you receive the gold credit.

There appears to be a minor bug with Event 14: Shrewd Investors!

After purchasing gold, I tried buying an item from the Mysterious Shop in Mianchi, expecting it to cost 20 percent less, but found that I still paid full price for the item.

Original coin: 259,392
Item cost: 20,907
Remaining coin: 238,485

The item was a Miracle Pendant, which always costs 20,907.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help out.
