Be careful, as this guy packs a punch. You can use energy/stamina/honor to attack it. Try saving energy for level-ups, when you are low on health, use level up to heal yourself.

You get loot randomly. You get the materials for the new “craftable” officer from this raid. Good luck and try not to die D:
