please, for once, accept that not everything is gonna go your way.
for example, kole is excellent once you get into the 400s range.
ulula has an excellent proc as well as being an excellent utility stat-wise.
the only thing that ISN’T good is the sian stuff, and even that is good in GD.

130 attack weapon for free? that sounds great to me.

admiral kole is passive att/def boost so isnt needed in active ship? perfect.

Not seeing where the complaint is coming from, highest ap pack is 2.5k here, in dotd its 10k. (only difference is in dotd you get 150pc(gs) on your 6th pack and onwards whereas in lots you just farm the small pack once you got the rest of the ap stuff you wanted)

Yes but you may think differently when that 1% is what you needed to get an epic loot from a WR or something like that.

Unfortunately, because of attack cost scaling the opposite is true. Since you would need to farm more stats to pay for one point of attack, Kole actually becomes more valuable as you level up.

If you have 8001 attack and 5001 defense
He grants you 80 attack and 50 defense points.
Therefore he is worth 130 stat points.

When you have 16001 attack and 10001 defense
He grants you 160 attack (6sp each) and 100 defense points (2sp each).
Therefore he is worth 1160 stat points.

Your stats have doubled but his value to you is nearly 10 times greater.

I like any free stat points, but hopefully that shows you why he is so good.
