Tired of alexis Mexicano cheating

I can post lots more if you need them.

If you aren’t gonna ban him, the question is WHY? He makes YOUR game unplayable.

As you can see, when folks see him, they quit. They stop playing red crucible 2. YOU lose money.

hes glitching the walls of the castle in sandstorm and kills who ever gets in it.

Users playing on illegal copies have a disproportionately high rate of cheating. Post screenshots of each user you find breaking the ToS and they will eventually be banned if the IP owners have half a brain…

Why would you play on an illegal copy if the game is free? And clearly the owners/developers have no brain, or are extremely lazy, as they have failed to bother to do a half an hour job of updating the mac version of this game.

Well, I sometimes think the developers do not have a lot of experience in game mechanics. As far as I know the development team also consists out of only two people, who develop this game next to their normal job (somebody correct me if I am wrong). So there is also the matter of time and money. We, the users/ potential customers, are basically the last phase/ beta testers. I hope they do something with our feedback but I do not count on it too much.

Well, Its nice to see how much you guys appreciate our hard work.

@abacusdog – Players are currently able to change their in game names, and we are seeing that mainly cheaters do this in order to play cat & mouse with us. Due to this we are considering taking this feature away.

@gorerider – Cheaters are a % of all players from all around the world, you cannot say that Mexicans are the only cheaters.

@Raginglikeaboss – What do you mean by illegal copies? And how would you ban an IP? Most cheaters have dynamic IPs or can just create more free accounts. We can ban IPs all day, but what if that IP is for an internet cafe? Do we now punish all the other players because of a single cheater? Oh, and regarding your “half a brain” statement, you probably meant “10x the average brain” ;)

@bibbobbib2 – “clearly the owners/developers have no brain”, read the above post, and “are extremely lazy” – yea right… Btw, have you ever tried to have an app approved by Apple? Trust me, it take a bit more then half an hour…

@lorenzoaxel – “developers do not have a lot of experience in game mechanics” – well as the creative director I have over 11 years working experience in the games industry (Electronic Arts, Lucas Arts, Sega, THQ to name a few). It takes time to get the mechanics working properly, especially for a complex game such has RC2. “I hope they do something with our feedback but I do not count on it too much.” Well I am doing something now, so yea, we do read these and other forums.

Everything you guys are complaining about is already in the process of being fixed. The next few RC updates will have a huge positive impact on the game. Another thing, both Lo and I are full-time and have hired another developer along with two more this month.

Joe, I apologise for calling you the no brainier. Clearly it is the people who approve the game, once it has been approved once it should take less time. I do know the steps to build a game and such as I work with unity myself. I’m glad to see that you actually read some of our comments.

P.s. when will the 15 new guns be available?
Also couldn’t you just build the game to OSX standalone and upload it somewhere that players can download it to play on their desktop untill the App store version gets approved.

It will be great if you can add a vehicle spawn limit too.

GI, you guys have made a VERY enjoyable game and you deserve success. I’ll continue to screen cap “repeat” cheaters. I typically give a warning the first time I catch someone inside a wall, and I assure you this isn’t uncommon for alexis Mexican. He/She was at it again last night, so he’s not changed his name yet; I’m hoping you got a chance to clip him/her. Like I said, it takes money out of your pocket and that pisses me off! The better you do, the more you can add content and improve your product, it’s that simple.

Another cheater, and the very first time ive seen cheater in Red Dawn.
Please do something Developers, its really annoying.

I don’t get it. alexis MEXICANO is still playing, still cheating, and now s/he’s showing others how to do it. DTK has now been cheating all day too. I’d post the screen cap if I thought you’d delete them. But after 10 days, you’ve not deleted alexis. Make me a mod, I’ll do it.

Tbh the glitches are a very easy fix, if a developer ev reads this i will tell them how to do it.

Put triggers inside of the building in the well known glitch spots, when a player touches the trigg it teleports them back to their base or kicks them. If you are very lazy, I will link you to a teleport script.

Maybe it is already mentioned but why can’t we just kick people with votes during the game. Works very good in Quake Live for instance. Kick voting is a tried and tested way of dealing with all kinds of nasty people.

Wall glitching is getting out of hand, so far today I have seen 2 new players doing it…great way to kill your game devs if not fixed. These aren’t new & have been around for a long time.

People, I get all the hatred that’s comming from a hacker, but what does it have to do with Mexicans? Let’s all be civilized, not racist. Why do Mexicans sell drugs in the US? American drug addicts- Major example Michael Phelps. I actually enjoy tacos and quesadillas. Frankfurt is in GERMANY. Not the US. Mexicans.. you can expect awesomeness from them. Everyone is equal, people.

Also, in a free-for-all don’t you think the bottom 6 losers would love to ban the guy who’s winning just so they’d stop getting killed Over and Over again?
