Though I’m well aware that developers may fight against suggestions from players and may even screen suggestions as critique of the game: this topic (and the posts) is not at all intended as critique, but merely as a means to increase playability of a game thereby increasing the fun overall for players.
- Human King raid event
Every certain amount of lords imprisoned can trigger a King assault (raid Boss), which needs to be defeated by a number of Inquisitor teams. The King can drop a range of Items upon defeat. - Chat character identifier
The chat is very small and double lines of text are extremely annoying, especially when you’re trying to make it a single sentence on one line -not two. The identifier is a number at the right side of the chat that signals how many characters you have left before hitting the next line. - Back buttons
On several in-game pages you can’t go back to the page you were viewing previously. Viewing another player’s profile, clicking any battle report and going back is impossible through normal game means and one has to use the right-mouse button to manually go back. This also induces the ‘fullscreen’-bug of the right panel (seeing only the creature list and all the options are gone), which can’t be undone with the right-mouse ‘Back’. - Public auction rating
To be able to rate public auctions’ quality. Maybe with Dungeon Heart level and/or Prestige as rate-strength. This should encourage better prices. - Public auction identifiers
Columns (or popups) that give a check on whether: a human has items, is tamed; an item has a lure. - Storage/Creatures scroll-bar
The list is longer than can fit on the game window and the only way to scroll down the list is manually text-pulling towards the bottom. Combined with the fact that with every interaction on the right panel it generates an automatic refresh of that frame – you need to manual text-pull that list every single time if you have more than one thing that needs done. A scroll-bar would be the most minimal functionality one should place to combat this inefficiency. - Imp upgrading
The idea is to make the imp upgradeable, with the bonus that at level 2 it can actually use its wings so that they allow the imp a 50% (example percentage) evasion from any remotes(archers etc). - Creature pets
An idea to incorporate a variety of small animals into the game that slightly affect the creature they’re coupled with. For example, a spider matriarch escorting a dark priest could heal 1% of total health of 100% (exampled percentages depending on pet quality) of current creatures every turn while the dark priest heals the full amount to 1 creature per turn. Other pets could be: hell-hound, gargoyle, bat, specter/wraith, acolyte, ghoul, bone-dragon (all with their own distinctive bonuses). - Daemon Factions and Altar room
An altar room where one can pay tribute (once per day) to the faction lord (not alliance lord), whom in turn gives a reward back for your services in the human realm, in the form of Gold/Soul/Pets or Items (every faction lord with their own reward preference).
As explanation: daemon lore describes there are several faction lords that each sit in their respective daemon-realms, with large groups of daemonic dwellers struggling to become the next lord. Although the daemon-realm is chaotic and strive to become the strongest is extreme, there is a military sense of order and faction lords will merit, those with military excellence, if one decides to enlist. - Chat tabs
General chat, (Faction chat,) Trade chat, Alliance chat tabs. Faction chat could be useful for faction events such as Human King Raid. Alliance chat could be used for reinforce requests or alliance auctions. Trade chat for price-negotiating purposes between parties. This to keep General chat for newbies (whom ask many questions), and regular conversations. - Alliance NAP setting
The biggest alliances are in a officious NAP already, and many honor this deal, but not everyone. Helping the NAP its efficiency with an actual setting would improve alliance relations and would also put more meaning into the use of alliances altogether. - Letter of Marque
To negate some of the alliance effects, it is suggested game-mechanism increases loot and prestige gain percentages when a player without alliance attacks and wins from a player with alliance. - Levy All button
To increase efficiency of player-server interaction, one could place a button that once pressed will levy all your explored areas (that have available levy). - Drain Prisoner option
To increase efficiency of player-server interaction, one could place an option in interrogation that drains all of prisoner’s energy, so the inquisitor doesn’t have to ask the prisoner the same question 200 times just to cut interrogation costs. - Private Area
Every player that becomes level10 to acquire a private hunting ground, which you can levy from, can’t sell lures from, doesn’t allow other players to enter, and which you will keep even if you’re defeated in a pvp attack (not contest). A separate luring button would have to be placed to keep the non sell area separated from the sell areas. This to combat human lure fatigue effects every high level player is dealing with, because areas are overfarmed.
