I click the play now button and all I get is a description of what I’ll do in the game. No actual game. What do I do?

I think you may change an other browser to try again.
Cool does not work on Firefox or Chrome… Safari seems to do the work sometimes … but changing browser because of a game? not seeing it happening in the future
I’m on Chrome and I have no issues, so i don’t think it’s the browser
