contacting Kabam

I am having an issue on DOA and I am unable to contact Kabam for help because my account is on Kong. I end up on a login screen that I cannot get through to support. My troop training que is stuck. How do I unstick it?

g to the kabam website when you click on support they ask you if you play on kong or other websites

I’m currently not logged in on Kabam and followed the instructions in the thread, ‘how to contact the developers’ further up in this forum and it took me straight through. If you go to http://kabam.custhelp.com/app/home , then click ‘contact us’ it opens a form you can fill in, stating that you play on Kong further down.
As to how to unstick your troop training queue I have no idea short of trying to cancel the queue and try again, but that loses you the resources put into troops.

Just go to the kabam website for help
