Not receiving crystals

So.. I paid for 100 kreds, it deducted the money from my card. Then when I used the Kreds to purchase crystals and the bonus items, I get nothing. Not a single crystal. What in the hell is up with that?

Yeah, I’m getting this too.

Same here, 99 kreds spent and waiting on these 1000 crystals. Refreshed 3 times, and nothing.

Suggest you file a bug report to contact the developer directly, rather than waiting for them to read the forum ;)

Yes i have done so, not spending another kred so it’ll be easy to look back and see what and where i last spent them.

Dam wish I would of read this before speading my money I’m miss ing about 7k crystals and the items I was to get when I brought them
