Just pointing out these posts are identical, and done within 4 hours of eachother…. also first post on kong for either person… i smell fraud

3: The 99 Kred pack for 1000 Crystals and It had said I bought It but i didnt end up getting the crystals
4: I had bought it like 30 minutes ago and still never got my crystals for it. It says I have paid the kreds but I never got the crystals. I had refreshed and logged out a few times and still nothing.

UPDATE: The issue has been resolved thanks

If it makes ya feel better, at least yours was only the 99 Kreds. Mine was a 999 Kred buy. Im now out 999 Kreds AND have nothing in-game to show for it. Is there anywhere we can go to get a refund for this?
