I successfully purchased 1000 gems with 199 kreds (the amount was properly substracted from my account) but didn’t receive the 1000 crystals and bonus items.

I successfully purchased 1000 gems with 199 kreds (the amount was properly substracted from my account) but didn’t receive the 1000 crystals and bonus items.
And still didn’t to this day.

4. On Valentine’s Day I used 49 Kred to purchase 625 Crystal, which was also my first purchase. I have not received either the crystal or the first purchase promo pack.

3. Bought 99Kreds worth of Crystals, Kreds were deducted from my total Kreds but no Crystals and Bonus Pack were added to my account.
4. Purchased VIP for 1 month. I got the VIP and the bonus 800 crystals as soon as I refreshed my browser. But yet still no Crystals and Bonus Pack from previous purchase.

UPDATE: I just received the Crystals and Bonus Pack. Thanks for the help :D

I sent a ticket to R2Games support center (Ticket #132045) and they are claiming they did not receive the transaction and that I must contact you (Kongregate) to clear this situation up. This was their response:

4) I didn’t receive the “first payment pack” from the newest event “First payment promo”.
According to the event description : “After this server update, all players’ first purchases for a character (regardless of whether or not you purchased crystal before the patch) will receive the bonus pack listed below.” I purchased 500 crystals with 49 Kreds about 2 hours ago (so it was my first purchase since the server update), received both crystals and the bonus items (Torch x2, 2x EXP Token, 1 Hour AFK Card) but I’ve been waiting 2 hours and still didn’t get the expected pack.

I Don’t receive any Crystal and Bonus items. My account has been lost Kred. Please check it, i can not play if my character don’t receive.

I successfully purchased total : 1128 Kreds but why am i not receive anything ? Why ? Very long time…

It has been over 8 hours since i purchased crystals and i have still not received them, if someone could help me that would be fantastic.

I’ve already posted twice in this thread and the pack I should have received still isn’t in my inventory (and it has been more than a week already). If I got something wrong and actually am not elligible for the “First payement Pack”, could I at least receive a mail telling me why ? Thanks.
