Unable to connect to server

for the past 5 hours i was unable to connect to the server.
tried refreshing my browser (chrome, Firefox, explorer, Safari), deleting history, restarting my laptop, restarting my router and modem. nothing works!!!

has anyone encountered the same phenomenon?
any ideas on how to solve it

i encountered the same problem too, no idea what to do. have u solve it yet?

I think it is a function of time of day.
I was able to connect late at night and stay connected but a few minutes ago when i logged out an alt I’m unable to log it back in again
